In the 1960s somebody decided there was a need for a symbol that was a combination of a question mark and an explanation point. They called it the interrobang. For a couple of glorious years the interrobang was hip, it made the big time and was added to typewriters. Tragically the interrobang fell out of style, never making it to computer keyboards.
I wish the powers that be (whomever happens to be the Grand Poobah of punctuation) would bring back the interrobang.
I have so many questions to exclaim.
